Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 30.--AIR QUALITY CONTROL

      65-3020.   Severability.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act shall beheld invalid or unconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumed thatthe legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchclause, paragraph, subsection or section.
