65-3102. Mental health compact; administrator.Pursuant to said compact, the director of institutions shall be thecompact administrator and who, acting jointly with like officers of otherparty states, shall have power to promulgate rules and regulations to carryout more effectively the terms of the compact. The compact administrator ishereby authorized, empowered and directed to cooperate with alldepartments, agencies and officers of and in the government of this stateand its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of thecompact or any supplementary agreement or agreements entered into by thisstate thereunder.
