      65-3701.   Human blood; nature of supplying; liability.The procuring, furnishing, donating, processing, distributing or usinghuman whole blood, plasma, blood products, blood derivatives and productsfor the purpose of injecting or transfusing any of them in the human bodyis declared for all purposes to be the rendition of a service by everyperson, firm or corporation participating therein, whether or not anyremuneration is paid therefor, and is declared not to be a sale of any suchitems and no warranties of any kind or description shall be applicablethereto. No such person, firm or corporation participating in renderingsuch services shall be liable for damages unless negligence is proven.
