Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-446.   Medical procedures for sterilization of persons; performanceor participation in procedures not required.No person shall be required to perform or participate in medicalprocedures which result in sterilization of a person, and the refusal ofany person to perform or participate in those medical procedures shall notbe a basis for civil liability to any person. No hospital, hospitaladministrator or governing board of any hospital shall terminate theemployment of, prevent or impair the practice or occupation of or imposeany other sanction on any person because of his refusal to perform orparticipate in such medical procedures.
