      65-4118.   Revocation and suspension of registration.(a) A registration under K.S.A. 65-4117 to manufacture, distribute ordispense a controlled substance may be suspended or revoked by the boardupon a finding that the registrant: (1) Has furnished false or fraudulentmaterial information in any application filed under this act;

      (2)   has been convicted of a felony under any state or federal lawrelating to any controlled substance;

      (3)   has violated any rule or regulation of the board controlling themanufacture, distribution or dispensing of the controlled substancescontained in the schedules promulgated in the rules and regulations of theboard; or

      (4)   has had his federal registration suspended or revoked tomanufacture, distribute or dispense controlled substances.

      (b)   The board may limit revocation or suspension of a registration tothe particular controlled substance with respect to which grounds forrevocation or suspension exist.

      (c)   If the board suspends or revokes a registration, all controlledsubstances owned or possessed by the registrant at the time of suspensionor the effective date of the revocation order may be placed under seal. Nodisposition shall be made of substances under seal until the time fortaking an appeal has elapsed or until all appeals have been concludedunless a court upon application therefor orders the sale of perishablesubstances and the deposit of the proceeds of the sale with the court. Upona revocation order becoming final, all controlled substances shall beforfeited to the state.

      (d)   The board shall promptly notify the bureau of all orders suspendingor revoking registration and all forfeitures of controlled substances.
