Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 42.--EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS

      65-4215.   Practice of medicine not authorized.Nothing in this act shall be construed as authorizing a licensed mentalhealth technician to practice medicine or surgery or to undertake theprevention, treatment or cure of disease, pain, injury, deformity or mentalor physical condition.
