65-5711. Inspection of premises and records for determination ofcompliance with act.The secretary of health and environment, the adjutant general or the attorneygeneral or their respective authorized representatives shall have the power toenter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property and inspectthe premises and all relevant business or other records for the purpose ofdetermining whether there is compliance with or violation of the provisions ofthis act and rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto, except that entryinto areas under the jurisdiction of the federal government shall be effectedonly with the concurrence of the federal government or its duly designatedrepresentative.
