Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-647.   Same; penalty.Any person violating the provisions of this act shall, upon convictionthereof, be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars, or byimprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety days, or by bothsuch fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
