      65-651.   Distinctive coloring of certain poisonous substances; purpose. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, exposefor sale or offer for sale any sodium fluoride, sodium silico-fluoride,lead arsenate, calcium arsenate, or any other poisonous insecticide,fungicide or rodent poison unless said poison has been distinctly coloredin such a manner as to make it easily distinguished from food products suchas flour, soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, etc.
