65-677. Same; examinations by office of laboratory services and atstate educational institutions; expenses.The examinations of foods, drugs, devices and cosmetics required for theproper enforcement of this act may be made by the office of laboratoryservices or by specialists and experts in the various fields of science atthe state educational institutions, and the secretary shall pay the actualand necessary expenses of such specialists and experts.
