Background information on certain applicants for employment;secretary of health and environment to provide for processing informationrequested.The secretary of health and environment shall provide for theimplementation of the processing of information requested from the departmentof health and environment on an incremental basis. This implementationshall be completed so that adult care homes and home health agencies mayreceive information required under this act [*] no later than July 1, 1998.
