Article 63.--SOCIAL WORKERS

      65-6308.   Limitations on private practice of socialwork; penalties.(a) No person may engage in the private, independent clinical practiceofsocialwork unless such person:

      (1)   Is licensed under this act as a specialist clinical social workerorspecialist social worker; and

      (2)   has had two years' supervised experience approved by the board,pursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the board, as a licensedsocial worker in the specialty to be offered in privatepractice subsequent thereto.

      (b)   Any violation of this section shall constitute a class Bmisdemeanor.
