      65-6a26.   Inspection during both day and nighttime operation;inspection fee schedule; overtime payment.The secretary shall cause an examination and inspection of all livestock,domestic rabbits and poultry, and the food products thereof, which areslaughtered and prepared inestablishments for the purposes of intrastatecommerce, to be made during the nighttime as well as during the daytime whensuch slaughtering or the preparation of such food products is conductedduring the nighttime. The secretary of agricultureshall by rule and regulationestablish a schedule of fees to be charged against establishments forinspections made other than during regularly scheduled inspection periodsand for all costs incurred in paying overtime to inspectors required forthe inspection of such establishments.
