65-7008. Information program for retailers.The bureau shall develop and maintain a program to informretailers about the methamphetamine problem in Kansas and devise procedures andforms for retailers to use in reporting to the bureau suspicious purchases,thefts or other transactions involving any products under the retailer'scontrol which contain a regulated chemical under the provisions of this actincluding, but not limited to, nonprescription, over-the-counter medicinesdescribed in subsection (c)(4) of K.S.A. 65-7007 and amendmentsthereto. Reportingby retailers asrequired by this section shall be voluntary. Retailers reporting informationto the bureau in good faith pursuant to this section shall be immune from civilliability.
