Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,145.   Same; interconnection of system with telephone facilities;interconnection by agreement or by order of commission.Except as otherwise provided in this section, each radio common carriermay interconnect its common carrier radio telephone facilitieswith the telephone facilities of the telephone publicutility certificated to serve the exchange area inwhich the base station of the radio common carrier is located if anagreement can be reached between the radio common carrier and thetelephone public utility providing for such interconnection.When such an agreement cannot be reached between the radio common carrier andthe telephone public utility, the radio commoncarrier may petition thestate corporation commission for the right of interconnection and if thecommission finds that a necessity exists therefor such interconnectionshall be ordered by the commission on such reasonable terms as shall beestablished and prescribed by the commission.
