Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

68-134. Same; penalty for removal or injury.Any person who shall remove or ride or drive upon any portion ofsaid sidewalk constructed in accordance with this act, except at regulardriveways, shall upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed twenty-fivedollars ($25).
