68-1410. Same; contracts for maintenance and repair.All bridges constructed under the provisions of this act shall be underthe control of and maintained by the board of county commissioners of thecounty constructing the same, and such county commissioners shall havepower to contract with any city in which any such bridge is situated orwith any person or corporation using any such bridge, for the maintenanceor repair thereof.
