Article 20.--TOLL ROADS OR TURNPIKES

      68-2047.   Powers conferred additional and supplemental to other laws,exception.The foregoing sections of this act shall be deemed to provide anadditional and alternative method for the doing of the things authorizedthereby, and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powersconferred by other law: Provided, however, That except as hereinotherwise expressly provided the issuance of turnpike revenue bonds orturnpike revenue refunding bonds under the provisions of this act need notcomply with the requirements of any other law applicable to the issuance ofbonds. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, none of thepowers granted to the authority under the provisions of this act shall besubject to the supervision or regulation or require the approval or consentof any municipality or political subdivision or any commission, board,bureau, official or agency thereof or of the state.
