      68-432.   Display of goods on state highway right-of-way; operation ofvending facilities by blind persons.It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to display to thepublic within the right-of-way of any state highway outside the limitsof any city, any goods, wares or merchandise for sale, gift, barter orexchange, except that this act shall not apply to:(a) The sale ofproducts of farm or garden sold at the entrance to any farm or gardenwhere produced so long as such sales are conducted at a safe distancefrom the traveled way; or

      (b)   the sale of products by a vendor licensed under the provisions ofK.S.A. 75-3339, and amendments thereto, as authorized by rules and regulationsadopted by the secretary of transportation.
