Same; penalty for procuring adjournment for trial onSaturday.Any person who shall in like manner procure any such suit pendingin such court against any person of such religious faith and practice tobe adjourned for trial on that day, shall also be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and subject to a like punishment.
