Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 6.--STATE AID AND FISCAL PROVISIONS

71-606. Curriculum limitation.The provisions of this act shall apply only to community collegesaccredited by the state board whose collegiate credit curriculums arelimited to a program of not more than two (2) years.
