72-120. Publication of school laws by state board of education;preparation of forms.The state board of education not more often than once each year maypublish the school laws in force, with such forms, rules and regulations,instructions and decisions as it determines appropriate, and shall causethe same to be delivered to all persons under contract to administer schoollaws and to each member of the legislature. It shall prescribe and cause tobe prepared all forms and blanks which it deems necessary.
