Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 11.--SCHOOL ATTENDANCE, CURRICULUM AND ACCREDITATION

      72-1118.   American sign language; definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "Accredited school" means any elementary or secondary schoolmaintained and operated by a school district and any accredited nonpublicschool offering any of grades kindergarten through 12.

      (b)   "State educational institution" has the meaning ascribed thereto inK.S.A. 76-711, and amendments thereto.
