      72-1121.   Same; elective courses at state educational institutions;credit toward satisfaction of foreign language requirement.Any state educational institution may offer an elective coursein American Sign Language. Students enrolled at any of the stateeducational institutions which offer a course in American Sign Language mayenroll in such course and with the concurrence of the state educationalinstitution may count credit received for the course toward satisfaction ofa foreign language requirement of the institution.
