72-1381. Special teachers' licenses.The state board of education, upon being satisfied as to the generalqualifications of an applicant to teach, may in its discretion issue aspecial license and specify on the face of suchlicense the subjector subjects that the holder of the license isauthorized to teach. Itshall be unlawful for the holder of a license on theface of which isspecified the subjects to teach any subjects not so specified.
