72-1909. Employee benefits.(a) All employees who are participatingin the operation of a charter school and who qualify for membership in theKansas public employees retirement system shall be members of the system.
(b) All employees of a school district who are participating in theoperation of a charter school and who qualify for health insurance and otherfringe benefit programs provided for other school district employees shall beeligible to participate in such programs.
