Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 21.--SCHOOL LANDS

      72-2140.   Who may not purchase.It shall be unlawful for the board of county commissioners appointingthe appraisers, or the persons appraising the lands, to purchase eitherdirectly or indirectly any portion of the lands appraised by them.
