      72-5119.   Food service fund established; sources; expenses; unlawfultransfers; nonpublic schools, fund accounting.There is hereby established in every school district a fund which shallbe called the "food service fund," which fund shall consist of all moneysdeposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. All moneysreceived by the school district for food service and from charges for foodservice shall be credited to the food service fund. The expenses of aschool district attributable to food service shall be paid from the foodservice fund. No moneys in the food service fund shall be transferred toany other fund of the district. Nonpublic schools shall maintain fundaccounting of programs supported under this act.
