Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 54.--TEACHERS' CONTRACTS

      72-5447.   Severability.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this actshall beheld invalid or unconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumed thatthe legislature would have enacted the remainder of the act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
