Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 55.--STATE SCHOOL RETIREMENT SYSTEM

72-5526. Unassignability; exemptions.Annuities and refunds provided herein shall not be assignable. Anycredit due any school employee or any payments made or to be made, asprovided in this act, shall not be subject to sale or execution and shallnot be subject to garnishment or attachment.
