Article 65.--STATE AID TO WASHBURN UNIVERSITY

      72-6508.   Limitations on university while receivinggrants.The university shall be eligible to receive payments ofstategrants from the state general fund to continue and further itstraditional programof operating a liberal arts college, a school of business, a school of law,a school of nursing and a school of applied studies. While receiving paymentsfrom the state general fund,the universityshall belimited to associates,bachelors, masters and juris doctor degree work and shall not establishspecialized schools such as journalism, medicine, pharmacy and engineering,or other new educational schools unless authorized by act of thelegislature.
