      72-6765.   Same; approved onpetition.The orders of the state superintendent of public instruction heretoforeissued headed "order organizing unified school districts anddisorganizing nonunified school districts" are hereby declared to beoperative and effective as of January 1, 1965, to the extent and at thetimes specified in such orders, except as otherwise specificallyprovided in this act and the act of which this act is amendatory. Theabove orders of the state superintendent hereby validated are made insubstantially the following form and the same are filed in the office ofthe state superintendent of public instruction.

ORDER ORGANIZING UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND DISORGANIZING NONUNIFIEDSCHOOL DISTRICTS

      In accordance with authority vested in the State Superintendent ofPublic Instruction by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Kansas,and particularly Chapter 393 of the Session Laws of Kansas, 1963, thewithin order is entered and made this ____ day of ______________, by me,Adel F. Throckmorton, duly elected and acting State Superintendent ofPublic Instruction of the State of Kansas.

      Preliminary to issuing the within order the following findings arehereby made and declared:

      1.   ______________, (being after October 1, 1964) ______________petitioned the State Superintendent of Public Instruction underauthority of Section 13 of the above statute for the establishment of aunified district comprised of territory described in such petition asfollows:

      2.   Said ______________ duly adopted a resolution authorizing theexecution of such petition, and the same was duly executed and presentedto the state superintendent of public instruction on ______________.

      3.   The territory described in such petition includes at least 80percent of the territory and population of the petitioning district, andincludes territory outside of such petitioning district within thelimits prescribed by clause (b) of said Section 13.

      4.   The method of election of members of the board of the unifieddistrict is stated in such petition (together with recommendations formember district boundaries). The same conforms to the provisions of saidChapter 393 of the Session Laws of Kansas, 1963.

      5.   The proposed unified district meets the requirements of Section11 (a), (c), (g) and (h) of said Chapter 393.

      6.   The state superintendent of public instruction has consideredsuch petition and is of the opinion that establishment of such unifieddistrict is consistent with the purpose named in said Chapter 393.

      Therefore, and in consideration of the above, I, Adel F.Throckmorton, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, do herebyorder that the above named and described unified district is herebyorganized and its home county is designated to be ______________ County;and shall hereafter be designated by the name and style of UnifiedSchool District No. ______, ______________ County, State of Kansas. Theeffective date of the organization of such unified district is January1, 1965, for the limited purposes specified in Chapter 393 of theSession Laws of Kansas, 1963, and the effective date of organization ofsuch unified district for all purposes is July 1, 1966; the territorialextent and boundaries of the unified district hereby established isdescribed in paragraph 1 above: Provided, That it is the intentionof this order that the unified districts heretofore established underauthority of Chapter 393 of the Laws of Kansas, 1963, shall not beoverlapped by the districts organized by the order, and if any suchoverlapping does inadvertently occur by reason of the description hereinprovided, then the boundaries of the unified districts established byorders heretofore made shall be construed to be controlling.

Part B

      Whereas, the above order is made and entered, the followingfurther order is also made and entered as a part thereof, to wit:

      1.   All of the following named school districts are wholly within theboundaries of the unified district hereby organized and such namedschool districts are hereby disorganized effective July 1, 1966:
