72-7508. Annual election of officers; appointment of secretary; boardminutes.At its initial meeting and at its first meeting after the second Mondayin January of each odd-numbered year, the state board shall organize byelection of a chairman, vice-chairman and such other officers as it maydeem appropriate. The state board shall appoint a secretary not a member ofthe board. The secretary shall provide for a means of recording the actionsof the state board and shall officially certify the minutes of each meetingof the state board.
