Article 82.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF EDUCATION

      72-8231.   Academic achievement testing program; report.In each school year, the board of education of every school district shallcause to have prepared a report concerning the academic achievement testingprogram conducted during the school term to assess the educational performanceof pupils enrolled in the school district. The report shall be presentedat a regular meeting of the board of education in a form and manner determinedand specified by it.
