72-8501. Teaching and school administration declared professions.It is the intent and purpose of the legislature that the practice ofteaching and its related services, including schooladministration andsupervisory services, shall be designated as professional services.Teaching and school administration are hereby declared to be professionsin Kansas with all thesimilar rights, responsibilities, and privileges accorded other legallyrecognized professions.
