73-303. Same; payment by county.The expenses of such burial and headstones shall be paid by the countyin which such soldier, sailor or marine resided in the time of his death;and the board of county commissioners of such county is authorized anddirected to audit the account and pay the said expenses in a similar manneras other accounts against such county are audited and paid.
