Kentucky cedes its jurisdiction to the United States over so much of any lands, not <br>exceeding three thousand (3,000) acres, as may be selected in Boyle County, near <br>Perryville, for the purpose of establishing, maintaining, beautifying and protecting a <br>national military park at the battlefield of Perryville.
