11.110 Compensation -- From what fund paid. The Governor shall fix the compensation of persons employed by him under the <br>provisions of KRS 11.040 and 11.070. If the services of the persons employed are <br>rendered in or to any particular agency, their compensation and expenses may be charged <br>to and paid out of the appropriation of that agency, when certified to the Finance and <br>Administration Cabinet by the head of the agency and approved by the Governor. If there <br>is no appropriation to the agency from which such compensation and expenses can <br>properly be paid, the Governor may direct that they be paid out of the Governor's <br>emergency fund.
