office.
The following organizational units and administrative bodies shall be attached to the <br>Office of the Governor: <br>(1) Department of Military Affairs; <br>(2) Department for Local Government; <br>(3) Kentucky Commission on Human Rights; <br>(4) Kentucky Commission on Women; <br>(5) Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs; <br>(6) Governor's Scholars Program; <br>(7) Agricultural Development Board; <br>(8) Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation; <br>(9) Office of Minority Empowerment;
(a) The Martin Luther King Commission;
(10) Office of Homeland Security; and <br>(11) Governor's Council on Wellness and Physical Activity.
