18A.165 Administration of KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200. All officers and employees of the Commonwealth shall comply with, and aid in all proper <br>ways in carrying out, the provisions of KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200 and the rules, <br>regulations, and orders of the board thereunder. All officers and employees shall furnish <br>any records or information pertaining to the administration of KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200 <br>which the secretary or the board may request. The secretary or the board may require the <br>Attorney General to institute and maintain such legal action as the secretary or the board <br>may consider necessary or appropriate to secure compliance with KRS 18A.005 to <br>18A.200 and the rules and orders thereunder.
