21A.130 Board of Bar Examiners -- Compensation and expenses. (1) To assist in the evaluation of applicants for admission to the practice of law, the Supreme Court may appoint a Board of Bar Examiners. (2) The Supreme Court shall make reasonable allowances to each member of the Board of Bar Examiners for his services, for necessary clerical assistance and for <br>necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties, such allowances to be <br>paid at such times as the court directs. The court may make allowances to other <br>persons for services and expenses necessary or proper in connection with the <br>conducting of examinations of applicants for admission to practice law. The <br>allowances provided for in this subsection shall be paid out of such appropriation as <br>is made for the purpose. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 58, secs. 3 and 4(2).
