27A.370 Court disposition level relating to counsel.
The court disposition level of the system shall consist of at least the following <br>information as relates to counsel: <br>(1) Did the defendant have counsel; <br>(2) Did the defendant retain private counsel; <br>(3) Was counsel provided by the public advocate; <br>(4) If counsel was provided by the public advocate:
(a) Was reimbursement sought; <br>(b) What was the amount of reimbursement sought; <br>(c) What was the amount of reimbursement paid; and <br>(d) What amount was recovered from bail money;
(5) Did the defendant have more than one (1) counsel; if so, the number of counsel.
