35.085 Jurisdiction of general courts-martial. General courts-martial shall have jurisdiction to try subject persons for any offense for <br>which they may be punished by this code, and, in connection therewith, shall have the <br>power to impose the following punishments: <br>(1) Confinement for not more than six (6) months; <br>(2) Fines or forfeitures of pay and allowances, not exceeding two hundred dollars (&#36;200); (3) Dismissal, dishonorable or other punitive discharge; <br>(4) Reprimand; <br>(5) Reduction of enlisted personnel to the lowest enlisted grade; or <br>(6) A combination of these punishments.
