38.160 Dishonorable discharge -- Governor to approve dismissal. A dishonorable discharge shall be given only by sentence of a general court-martial. No <br>sentence of dismissal from the service or dishonorable discharge imposed by a court-<br>martial shall be executed until approved by the Governor.
