38.205 Compensation for state active duty. Except when in the service of the United States, officers and enlisted men, when <br>employed in state active duty, beginning with the day they assemble at their armories or <br>other designated places until the day they return there and have been properly relieved, <br>including, fractional parts of a day which count as a full day, shall receive pay at the same <br>rate as though serving on active duty as a member of the Armed Forces of the United <br>States, but the rate shall not be less than twelve (12) times the prevailing federal <br>minimum hourly wage per day.
