38.300 Use and possession of military property. Military property shall be used for authorized military purposes only. No officer or soldier <br>shall wear, use or have in his possession, except for authorized military purposes, or by <br>special permission of his commanding officer, any uniform or part thereof, or any other <br>article of military property belonging to the state or the United States.
