42.4595 Authority for administrative regulations.
The Department for Local Government may promulgate administrative regulations to <br>implement the provisions of KRS 42.4582, 42.4585, 42.4592, and KRS 42.4588 as it <br>relates to KRS 42.4592(1)(a) and (b). The Cabinet for Economic Development or the <br>Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority may promulgate administrative <br>regulations to implement the provisions of KRS 42.4588 as it relates to KRS <br>42.4592(1)(c).
