61.888 Cessation of powers. When TVA no longer needs the services of a person appointed and commissioned as a <br>TVA peace officer pursuant to this section, notice to that effect, signed by the general <br>manager of TVA or by the person having responsibility for general supervision of the <br>work of such officer, may be filed in the several offices in which the commission of such <br>officer is recorded. The county clerk shall note the fact upon the margin of the record <br>where the commission is recorded, and thereupon the power of the person to act as a TVA <br>peace officer shall cease as to any particular county in which such notice is filed and <br>recorded.
