64.005 Clerk's fee for filing bond or release on recognizance.

64.005 Clerk's fee for filing bond or release on recognizance. (1) The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Circuit Courts shall collect a fee of twenty-five dollars (&#36;25) for taking or filing any bond or release on <br>recognizance.
