70.370 Precedence of levying and satisfying writs.
Executions, fee-bills, orders of witnesses' attendance, distress warrants and attachments, <br>shall be levied and satisfied by the constable according to the priority of time in which <br>they are placed in his hands. The constable shall, in every case, indorse the time of <br>reception.
